Our property booking and purchase process is clearly structured. A booking is considered valid only after receiving a token payment along with the completion of a formal booking form or agreement. All buyers must submit valid documentation, including PAN card, Aadhaar card, and passport-size photos. For non-residents of Uttarakhand, there are specific land laws in place buyers must submit an affidavit confirming they do not own any other land in Uttarakhand, and may purchase a maximum of 250 square meters per family, in accordance with state law. Registration of the property will only be initiated once full payment is received, as per the agreed payment terms.
We offer a customer-friendly cancellation and refund process. Booking amounts are generally refundable before the execution of a formal agreement, although this is subject to internal verification and review. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 to 30 working days. In the event of cancellation after the agreement or partial payments, deductions may apply as per the terms agreed upon during booking. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons and relevant documents.
